"Dialysis is a big thing in our family," Diaz said with a laugh. "It's what we depend on." Joel Madden, who has been married to Nicole Richie since 2010, wholeheartedly agreed, stating, "Big time." "You can't be in a marriage and have a family if both people are not 100 percent every day," she told Joel. "Nobody can be 99 and the other one be 100.
