Executive Director Ted Pawela explains, "We want to help them get a platform, to create great content so they can book more shows, bigger shows – and ultimately attract a national or global audience."

This allows artists to practice, record, and refine their craft without breaking the bank. As Pawela notes, "This gives them an opportunity. They can come in and practice, get a set dialed in, before they go do a show."
