The Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra has launched its annual scholarship program, offering financial support to aspiring young musicians in DeKalb County. The orchestra invites applications from those who plan to continue their musical journey at the college level by joining a university ensemble. Interested candidates must submit an essay along with completed application forms, detailing both their musical achievements and extracurricular involvements. Additionally, two letters of recommendation are required to complete the submission process.

The selection committee will review all entries carefully before announcing the winners during each recipient's high school music award ceremony.
