Dean McCullough from I’m A Celebrity has faced numerous challenges since entering the Australian jungle. He was voted by the public to undertake more trials than any other campmate. However, it seems his support might be waning when it comes to the voting for the King or Queen of the jungle.

According to Ladbrokes, Dean has the lowest odds at 200/1 of winning the 2024 series. Danny Jones, the favourite, now has a fellow campmate closely following him for the crown. Coleen Rooney has odds of 2/1 to take the win, while the McFly drummer is at 5/6. Every other name has odds of 8/1 or bigger, with Richard Coles (8/1) and Maura Higgins (10/1) among the frontrunners. Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said, "Punters are convinced the race for this year’s I’m A Celebrity crown is now down to just two names, with Danny and Coleen storming ahead in the betting."

Trial Challenges and Antics

Dean has endured the most Bushtucker trials, uttering the famous words "I’m a celebrity, get me out of here!" during two of them. His antics in camp have also ruffled feathers. When it was time for the first camp leaders Tulisa Contostavlos and Alan Halsall to leave their throne and the Leaders’ Lodge, Tulisa warned her co-stars about waking her up with singing in the morning. But Dean proclaimed in the Bush Telegraph that he would make sure the camp woke up with lovely singing. This led to frustrated fans airing their annoyance at his behaviour, comparing it to how he reacted when Alan tried to wake him up in a previous episode. One fan wrote on X, "Dean’s stolen beds, left the camp starving all week, yelled at Alan for nothing, and ignored Tulisa’s wishes. At this point, does Dean bring anything to the table?"

Host Controversy and Fan Reactions

Hosts Ant and Dec caused a stir on Saturday night when they announced there would be no elimination. Many fans felt it was a 'fix' to keep Dean in for an extra day. One fan wrote, "Well Ant & Dec have annoyed me already.. no vote out today?! Dean needs to go #ImACeleb," while another said, "Seems a bit of a fix from the producers to keep Dean in at least another 2 days.
