Expanded Television Coverage Brings Brewers Baseball to More Fans
2025-03-11

Milwaukee Brewers enthusiasts are in for a treat this season, as the team has unveiled an exciting new partnership that will bring ten regular-season games to free over-the-air television. This collaboration with Good Karma Brands ensures that fans can enjoy their favorite team's matches on WITI FOX6 in Milwaukee and other regions within the Brewers' broadcast territory. The broadcasts kick off with a live simulcast of the home opener on March 31 against the Kansas City Royals. Subsequent games will air on Tuesday evenings, offering consistent viewing opportunities throughout the season.

The partnership significantly broadens the reach of Brewers baseball, making it accessible to millions more households. By airing games on local FOX affiliates, the team aims to connect with fans who may not have access to traditional cable or satellite services. This initiative is expected to reach over four million households within the team’s viewing area, enhancing accessibility and engagement. Glenn Berk, SVP & GM of FOX6 Milwaukee, expressed enthusiasm about bringing more games to local audiences. “Baseball is integral to our community, and we are thrilled to provide free broadcast access to ensure everyone can cheer on the Brewers,” he said.

This expanded coverage not only benefits fans but also strengthens community ties. With additional spring training telecasts and key matchups included in the schedule, fans will have ample opportunities to support their team. Greg Scalzo from Good Karma Brands highlighted the significance of this collaboration: “Offering free access to Brewers baseball across the state ensures more fans can celebrate the defending NL Central Champions all season long.” Ultimately, this innovative approach fosters a stronger connection between the team and its supporters, promoting unity and shared excitement for the sport.
