During the game between Dover High School and Life Christian Academy, Randy Vitales, a sophomore from Dover, suddenly collapsed on the court just minutes into the match. Recognizing the severity of the situation, Magnus Miller, a senior from the opposing team, immediately rushed to assist.

Magnus, who is trained as a lifeguard, took charge of the emergency response. He utilized an automated external defibrillator (AED) and coordinated with the coaching staff to perform CPR. Thanks to his swift actions, Randy’s heartbeat was restored after about 20 minutes of continuous resuscitation efforts until paramedics arrived.
