Other notable losses included Cholada Thai, a long-standing beachside eatery, and Reel Inn Malibu, which had operated for 36 years. Despite the destruction, the owners of Reel Inn Malibu expressed their determination to rebuild, launching a GoFundMe campaign to support their efforts.
