Welcoming the New Addition

The pair already had three girls - daughters Kennedy, 5, Evan, 3, and Michal, 17 months. Now, they welcomed their first boy, son Koda Kade. His first name, "friend," and middle name, "warrior," hold special meanings. Gibson explains, "He is already the absolute sweetest, and we are settling into being a family of six wonderfully so far." Her three daughters are "absolutely obsessed" with their baby brother and "switch off holding him all day long."Gibson's son Koda Kade is a precious addition to the family. The Birth Experience

During her 36th week of pregnancy, Gibson developed cholestasis. This led to her going into labor three weeks early. In a remarkable event, she gave birth in a tub before the midwives arrived. At 11:52 p.m. at 37 weeks, she welcomed her son with her husband by her side.Gibson recalls, "I still wanted an unmedicated home birth experience, so I did everything I could to naturally induce myself. Things progressed faster than I ever could have imagined. It was terrifying and beyond special and unforgettable at the same time." She adds, "I sat in our tub in complete shock and waited for the birth team to arrive. We both believe it was meant to happen that way."This birth experience was a unique and unforgettable moment for the family.

Pregnancy Announcement and Gender Reveal

Gibson first announced the news of her fourth child on May 10. With a moving Instagram video featuring her three girls and husband, she captioned the post, "This ain't our first rodeo… Baby Gibson # 4 coming January 2025!" In June, she revealed on Instagram that the gender was a boy. Her caption for the video announcing the news said, "Can't wait to meet you, baby.
