Despite regular communication with the hotel staff, they were given no indication that construction would disrupt their event.

For Deb and Gupta, this meant finding a new venue in San Diego and adjusting their wedding date. However, the last-minute changes have resulted in additional expenses, estimated to be about 20% higher than their original budget. Despite these challenges, the couple remains determined to salvage their special day, though the experience has undoubtedly taken an emotional toll.
