The Calvert Marine Museum is set to unveil its highly anticipated 15th annual Maritime Performance Series, beginning this Friday. Over the course of four months, visitors will be treated to a quartet of captivating performances in the Harms Gallery. The inaugural performance on January 24th brings together an eclectic mix of artists from different corners of the globe. Grammy Award-winning American roots musicians Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer will collaborate with Chao Tian, a renowned Chinese classical hammered dulcimer player. Together, they will create a mesmerizing fusion of sounds that spans from the mountains of Appalachia to the ancient lands of China, offering audiences an unforgettable cultural experience.
