For over three decades, he worked closely with Exeter-based jazz pianist Tommy Gallant, a Berklee School of Music alumnus and former member of Woody Herman's band. Gallant's influence was instrumental in Jennison's growth as both a musician and an educator. Additionally, Jennison has shared the stage or recording studio with renowned artists such as Clark Terry, Dizzy Gillespie, Buddy DeFranco, and Rosemary Clooney, among others.
