Seeking a place to rest, she entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom, only to be confronted by Combs, along with a male and female celebrity.The lawsuit alleges that Combs "aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, 'You are ready to party!'" Combs then allegedly threw the victim towards the male celebrity, who removed her clothes as she grew more disoriented. The victim was then held down and vaginally raped by the male celebrity, while Combs and the female celebrity watched.

After the male celebrity finished, the lawsuit claims that Combs then vaginally raped the victim while the other two celebrities watched. Afterward, Combs allegedly tried to force the victim to perform oral sex on him, but she was able to resist the assault by hitting Combs in the neck until he stopped.The then-13-year-old victim was able to call her father to pick her up from the house.
