Tori Spelling, at the age of 51, is now sharing the intricate details behind one of her most remarkable holiday memories. On her popular Misspelling podcast, she takes us back to a time when she had an alleged encounter with John Corbett, who was 63 at that time and would later gain fame for playing Aidan Shaw in Sex and the City. This moment allegedly took place during one of her family's annual Christmas parties. "My dad [Aaron Spelling] would always, in a sense, court new talent he was considering for his shows, and they would attend. This was before Sex and the City, but John Corbett was there," Spelling recounted. "And we truly hit it off. I remember having a kiss with him on Christmas Eve."

Details of the Alleged PDA

At the time, Corbett had already gained some exposure on Northern Exposure. Spelling's father "wanted to use him in something," but ultimately, he got another role and the opportunity didn't pan out. The alleged public display of affection (PDA) was described as a "full" kiss but not a "long" one. Spelling claimed it happened as she was walking him out of the party. She also shared about her dating situation at the time. "I feel so foolish because I was kind of dating but not in a committed way with Noah, who was Vincent Young at the time. Because of that, John would call me, and we were supposed to go on a date, but I didn't respond in kind," she said.

Her Relationship with Dean McDermott

In October, Spelling gave an update on her personal life. Reflecting on her relationship with estranged husband Dean McDermott after she filed for divorce in March, with the date of separation listed as June 17, 2023, she said, "We're really amicable. In Hollywood, people often think divorces have to be ugly, but ours isn't. We co-parent very well. We're good friends, and he's one of my biggest supporters." She further added during the Gala of the Stars event at the Beverly Hilton.

When it comes to balancing work and motherhood as a parent of five children, Spelling admitted, "It's not an easy task. But you know what? We all manage to do it. My kids are really supportive.
