The Erin Foster-created series, which has been renewed for a second season, features Brody opposite Kristen Bell. In the show, Bell plays Joanne, a single, agnostic sex podcaster searching for love. When Joanne meets Brody's character, Noah, a newly single rabbi through mutual friends, the story takes an interesting turn.

While Brody hasn't yet decided on his next project, he has a clear preference. "If I'm looking to avoid something, it's probably something too similar to this show. But other than that, quality of writing is of utmost importance. Any well-written project would be a privilege to be a part of," he explained.

He also discussed the progress of season 2, which premiered on Netflix in late September. "I haven't read the scripts yet. I prefer to stay in the moment and not start working on it in my head prematurely. It's better to wait and be surprised," he added.

Before his nomination, Brody spoke about his steamy scenes with costar Kristen Bell. "I knew we had something special, but I had no idea how widely it would be enjoyed. It's been a pleasant surprise," he said. He also recalled reading a note about the direction of his kiss with Bell in the season 1 script, which he described as "the greatest of all time."

Brody's experience on the set of 'Nobody Wants This' was not only professional but also enjoyable. "It sounds cliché, but it was truly a lot of fun to film. The entire team was great, and now being here to celebrate its success is a blessing," he shared.
