Uncover the Best of December's Local Music Lineup
December 19 - Thursday
Start the week with Cycles performing with The Jauntee at 1:30 pm at the Roots Music Project in Boulder. It's a great way to kick off the music-filled days. Then, at 6 pm, Wild Mountain Kesh takes the stage at Bootstrap Brewing Company in Longmont, followed by The Saints at Bricks on Main. If you're in the Boulder area, the free music at the Boulder Public Library at 6 pm is also a nice option. Megan Burtt with Sturtz performs at eTown Hall at 7 pm, and Fresh Fruit! with Tiny Tomboy and Azi rocks the Hi-Dive at 7 pm.
Later in the evening, Radio Fluke with Light The Letters plays at Velvet Elk Lounge at 8 pm. It's a diverse lineup that keeps the music going throughout the day.
December 20 - Friday
Holiday Caroling kicks off at 6 pm at Left Hand Brewing in Longmont. It's a festive way to get into the holiday spirit. Steel Monkey performs at Bootstrap Brewing Company at 6 pm, followed by Songs and Stories for the Longest Night at the Dairy Arts Center at 7:30 pm. The Goonies play at Nissi’s at 7:30 pm, and Kings of Prussia takes the stage at Velvet Elk Lounge at 8 pm.
Sungazer with Evan Marien and Dana Hawkins performs at the Bluebird Theater at 8 pm, adding another layer of musical excitement to the evening.
December 21 - Saturday
Begin the day with Beer & Holiday Brass at Wild Provisions Beer Project in Boulder at 5 pm. It's a free event that combines music and beer. Cat Jerky performs at Left Hand Brewing at 5:30 pm, and Joe Cool Band plays at Bricks on Main at 6 pm.
Nicholette Andres with guests entertains at Trident Cafe at 6 pm in Boulder. Jerry Joseph with Derek Dames Ohl performs at the Roots Music Project at 7 pm, and Broken Record with Curious Things, Replica City, and The Gentlys headline the Hi-Dive at 7 pm. It's a night of great music and a great cause.
December 22 - Sunday
Rocky Mountain Brassworks takes the stage at the Broomfield Library and Auditorium at 1:30 pm. The LOCO Ukulele Jam starts at 2 pm at Bootstrap Brewing Company in Longmont, followed by Morpheus Dreaming at 4 pm. Holiday Ho-Down (various artists) performs at the Roots Music Project at 6:30 pm.
Cody Qualls plays at Nissi’s at 7 pm, and Lionel Young Duo performs at Velvet Elk Lounge at 8 pm.
December 23 - Monday
Family Holiday Movie Sing Along kicks off at 11 am at Louisville Underground. It's a fun event for the whole family.
December 24 - Tuesday
Live Music fills the air at Rosetta Hall at 7 pm in Boulder, providing a relaxing evening.
December 26 - Thursday
Andy Eppler performs at Bricks on Main at 6 pm, and Tony Crank takes the stage at Bootstrap Brewing Company at 6 pm. It's a great way to continue the musical momentum.
