Discovering a New Chapter with Craig Conover
Alcohol Reduction and Business Focus
Craig Conover, now 35, made the decision to largely stop drinking. As he shares, "Probably once every two months I’ll have a drink or two." This change was driven by his desire to become more of a husband and father material, focusing his energy on his company, Sewing Down South. His schedule has increased drastically, and he feels like a regular person rather than someone waiting to film again. His dad's example of stopping drinking after he was born also inspired him. Conover realized that he needed to start somewhere and make a change. He used the Reframe app to help him on his journey towards moderation, discovering value in other activities beyond drinking. New Priorities and Wholesome Activities
With a newfound focus, Conover now puts more energy into working out, spending quality time with his family, traveling with Paige DeSorbo, and tending to his garden and bees. These "wholesome activities" have become an important part of his life.He understands that some people might not be ready to evolve, but he wants others to know that there is a lot of life between seasons and a lot of work to be done. It doesn't happen overnight, and he is committed to making it work. Future Plans and Commitment
Despite constant fan speculation, Conover and Paige DeSorbo have taken the pressure off themselves. They know they will get married one day and are taking their time to build a strong foundation.Conover sees himself starting a family with DeSorbo and eventually living in the same place. The goal is to be able to stay home with their children as much as possible.
