Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, once a married couple who finalized their divorce in 2015, recently came together in a heartwarming way. Their 20-year-old daughter Apple Martin made her society debut at the Le Bal des Débutantes on Saturday, Nov. 30, and the proud parents spent time together in Paris earlier this week.

The actress shared a carousel of photos and clips via Instagram on Sunday, Dec. 1. The first visual was a video of her cloudy view from the airplane as she flew overseas, giving a glimpse of her journey. Next, she posted a mirror selfie of herself and her daughter, who was wearing an elaborate custom Valentino gown. Vogue reports that it took Valentino Creative Director Alessandro Michele's atelier an astonishing 750 hours to make this gown. In the photo, Paltrow posed with her daughter in a long, simple black ensemble with a belt at the waist and gold jewelry, looking elegant together.The third slide showed a snap seemingly featuring Martin and their son Moses, 18. They sat on a bench outside with their backs toward the camera, adding a touch of family warmth. This was followed by a family picture of Paltrow, her mother Blythe Danner and Moses in a white room with art pieces hanging behind them, creating a beautiful scene.Paltrow continued the carousel with another family snap, including the Coldplay frontman, at the formal event. The Iron Man alum wore a glittery sheer black gown from Valentino's spring 2025 collection, with ruffle details throughout, mainly along the neckline, sleeves and skirt. It was a stunning look.Martin and Moses also dressed up for the occasion in simple Valentino tuxes. The "Fix You" singer wore his with a bowtie and a pin that says "love," while Moses rocked a blazer with an exaggerated lapel. Danner, 81, wore a long gray skirt with a textured white blazer and a pearl necklace, adding a touch of grace.The carousel finished with images of Danner at the dinner table with model Boris Kodjoe and designer David Netto, and a photo of Paltrow and Apple embracing each other at the debutante event, showing the deep bond within the family.Le Bal introduces about 20 women between the ages of 16 and 22 into society, and Lily Collins and Margaret Qualley are among the recent debutantes. During that time, they announced they were "consciously uncoupling." She said of Martin at the time, "He has this sweet child-like spirit, and I love that he will be like, 'Let's go jump in the ocean,' when it's 58 degrees,' or, 'Let's go to this weird guitar store.' He always wants to do these fun adventures with them and activities." Paltrow also admired how the English singer "has a real sweetness. And so he brings that to the way that he parents them … He's sort of gone a lot, he's on the road a lot, but he brings — it's almost like he comes and sprinkles fairy dust."
