2024-11-30
Tulisa Contostavlos, a star from "I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!", revealed an astonishing experience during the November 30 episode. She took on the challenge of eating a spider along with Reverend Richard Coles. After Loose Women's Jane Moore left the jungle camp, these two volunteers stepped up to participate in the latest Bushtucker Trial.

Unbelievable Food Challenges in the Jungle

Encountering the Huntsman Spiders

Contostavlos was faced with a plate of huntsman spiders halfway through her menu. As the dead arachnids were presented to her, she let out a shocked "Ohhh nooo!". However, with Coles urging her not to think about it, she kept repeating "It is what it is!". Once she had the courage to put two of them in her mouth and start chewing, the presenters Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly watched in horrified anticipation. After swallowing her eight-legged snacks, Donnelly expressed his interest in knowing about the experience. She later described it as "horrible, just disgusting. There was a pop, there was juices, it was creamy!". She also mentioned that all the legs were "flickering around with the cream" as she tried to get through it.

Eating Other Unusual Foods

Not only did Contostavlos have to eat the huntsman spiders, but she and Coles also had to consume fermented mudfish, duck eggs, bull's tongue, sheep's testicles, goat's penis, cow's nose, mice feet and tails, and a camel's vagina if they wanted all 11 stars for the camp's evening feast. After completing these challenges, they requested kangaroo as the meat to go with their greens."I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!" continues to air on ITV1 and ITVX, bringing viewers these unique and often shocking food challenges from the jungle.
