Tulisa Contostavlos: Embracing Gratitude

Tulisa Contostavlos, who was the third to leave I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here 2024, has undergone a significant transformation. After living through the jungle experience, she has vowed to be more grateful for everything in the outside world. As a N-Dubz singer, she said she has emerged 100% different but has learned to always "stay strong with my convictions." On reflection, she realizes the importance of being grateful for even the simplest things like the food she eats and the people around her. "It's just a whirlwind. It doesn't feel real," she told Ant and Dec. "I just think I'll be so much more grateful for everything. It makes you appreciative. You don't realize how good you've got it. It can be testing in here because you can feel like different versions of yourself." One of her toughest moments was eating two spiders in a bushtucker trial. Yet, she also shared, "It is tough in there so leaving is still a happy thing, I'm not gonna lie."

Dean McCullough: Simplicity Brings Happiness

Dean McCullough, the second to leave I'm a Celebrity, had a profound experience with his phone detox. He realized that life is better when it is simpler. Having learned a lot during his time in the jungle, the ambitious radio DJ has pledged to live more in the present and not constantly chase the next big thing, whether it's a meeting or a gig. He said, "I've learned that life is better when it's simpler. You really, really don't need to be on your phone all the time. You don't need to be chasing the next appointment, the next meeting, the next gig. You can sit in the moment and watch what is going on around you." Later, he joked about the first person he was going to call being his publicist in an Instagram video for I'm a Celebrity.

Jane Moore: The Reality of Hard Work

Jane Moore, on the other hand, had a different perspective. As soon as she found out she was the first to leave, she said, "Hard work is not rewarded." In the first week, when McCullough, who later said he hated doing camp chores, was her partner but was on trials, leaving her to handle the firewood and other jungle duties alone, she had to work doubly hard. The Loose Women star said she would like either Coleen Rooney or Melvin Odoom to win because they are "hard grafters" like her. She told her daytime show, "Entertainers are great but without the hard grafters they would die of thirst and starvation." Ant and Dec had joked about her "hard work is not rewarded" quip, saying if hard work was rewarded, they wouldn't still be on the show all these years later.
