Starting from February 28 to March 2, the Firestone Grand Prix in St. Petersburg will mark the beginning of a thrilling 17-race calendar. Returning favorites like Sky Group channels and Viaplay in the Nordics will continue to offer comprehensive coverage. Drivers from diverse backgrounds are thrilled about this expansion. Six-time winner Pato O’Ward expressed his joy at seeing IndyCar grow globally, recalling how it inspired him as a young fan in Mexico. Similarly, four-time Indianapolis 500 champion Helio Castroneves emphasized the importance of maintaining strong ties with Latin American audiences. Meanwhile, reigning champion Alex Palou looks forward to increased exposure in Spain, while Swedish driver Felix Rosenqvist celebrates Viaplay's continued support.
