Jon Gosselin, once a prominent figure from "Jon and Kate Plus 8," is now holding out hope that his estranged children will be at his wedding. On Saturday, Nov. 23, Jon proposed to Stephanie after three years of dating. Stephanie's dad was emotional and said, "You don't know how long I waited for this day for you, and there was a time where I thought it was never going to happen for you. Jon's Views on Having More Kids

Jon is game to tie the knot again as he was previously married to Kate for 10 years from 1999 to 2009. However, he nixed the idea of having more kids. He told PEOPLE, "We're both fixed, so it's not happening. I'm not getting a reversal. It was annoying enough to get it fixed so I'm not going to go down that road. I'm 47. She's 36. We just want to enjoy life." This decision reflects his current life stage and priorities.

Stephanie's 14-year-old daughter lives with the couple, so they are not empty nesters yet. Jon said, "It's really nice. I've never had one kid before, so I'm learning as well."
