Lindsay Hubbard Alleges Carl Radke's Cheating During Engagement in "Summer House" Season 9

Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke's relationship took a turn last summer, and this fallout has now extended into Summer House season 9. In the first trailer for the upcoming season, Hubbard, who is 38 years old, accuses her ex-fiancé, who is 39, of cheating on her before they called off their wedding in September 2023. She exclaims to Gabby Prescod of Radke, "You're a f—ing fraud and now I'm adding cheater to your f—ing resume." Later, during a group meal, she tells Radke, "You've been talking to this girl since before we broke up." Radke, who admits in the trailer that he hasn't had sex in one year, simply responds by praying for her. Hubbard responds, "I don't need you to pray for me."

Hubbard's New Chapter

In addition to the drama with Radke, Hubbard shares with her housemates that she and her boyfriend are expecting their first baby together. The influencer, who has since welcomed daughter Gemma, tells Danielle Olivera that she and her partner do not live together, which concerns Olivera, who is 35. Olivera says to Hubbard, "I just don't want it to feel like you're single momming this up."

Paige DeSorbo's Relationship Woes

Paige DeSorbo also receives some criticism about her relationship with Craig Conover. Ciara Miller says to DeSorbo, who is 32, "It's weird to have a boyfriend that's giving hater energy. And like, I hate watching that s—." Conover, who is 35, tells DeSorbo in the supertease that he doesn't want her to "choose work all the time." DeSorbo doesn't cave and says to Conover, "Should I apologize for being strong and independent?" She still worries about her future with the Southern Charm star. "Me and Craig are going to break up and everything I have will like, go away. It's just a lot," she tells Miller, who is 28.

Tom Schwartz's Visit

Vanderpump Rules star Tom Schwartz also stops by the Hamptons to assure the Summer House stars that everything will be okay. Schwartz, who is 42, says to Amanda Batula, DeSorbo and Miller in the trailer, "You guys have to cherish it. You're a happy family. I know it's sometimes dysfunctional, but this is a beautiful thing you have. And I used to have that, too."

Kyle Cooke, Jesse Solomon and West Wilson's Return

Kyle Cooke, Jesse Solomon and West Wilson will additionally be returning for season 9, which premieres on Feb. 12. They will be joined by new friends Imrul Hassan and Lexi Wood. Based on the trailer, it appears that Lexi Wood strikes up a flirtation with Solomon, who is 31. Hubbard said in May that she felt like she's done "a lot of healing" since her split with Radke. She told Glamour, "I've completely moved on in my life and I have so much to focus on in my future." She also realizes how much has changed in her life between summers filming the Bravo show. In July, she told PEOPLE, "To think where I was this time last year is insane to me. Looking back on it, it's just so clear to me that the universe had a plan." Hubbard said that now, everything "feels so right" and her relationship with Radke "is in my past." "I can't really focus on my past anymore because I'm so focused on my present and my future," the former publicist said. "And to be honest, his emotions are no longer my responsibility. It's just not my problem anymore."Summer House season 9 premieres Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
