During a chat with TMZ on Thursday, December 5th, Good revealed that Majors popped the question while they were in the romantic city together. Before that, he obtained the blessing of her parents. Asked about how Majors asked the actress to marry him, Good shared, "We went to Paris with my dad and he asked for my hand in marriage there. It was truly sweet and cute." Additionally, she added that Majors also asked her mom for her hand in marriage.This romantic journey began in May 2023 when the pair got romantically linked. Their engagement was confirmed at the EBONY Power 100 Gala in Los Angeles on November 17th. As Good showed off her diamond ring, she said, "We’re feeling great." Majors smiled and added, "It’s a season of joy." Good further emphasized, "It’s a season of all good things," to which Majors agreed with an "Amen."

The engagement news came after a challenging time for the couple. Good stood by Majors throughout his trial in 2023 when he faced misdemeanor assault and harassment charges.
