During this time, she still had a connection to "When Calls the Heart" as her husband, Kevin McGarry, was still on the show."My husband's on that show, so it's still very much in my life," she said. "And we're friends with a lot of the cast."
Even though she was not actively filming on "When Calls the Heart," Wallace still found herself on set from time to time. She brought her puppy to the set, creating a unique and memorable experience.
Season 12: A Possible Appearance
Wallace teased that fans could see a familiar face on season 12 of "When Calls the Heart." Her presence on the set, even if it was just for a brief appearance, would be a welcome sight for fans."I might have an appearance on this season," she said. "It's always a possibility, and I'm excited to see what the future holds."

The Romance with Kevin McGarry
Wallace's relationship with Kevin McGarry, who she married this summer, is a beautiful story in itself. They met on set in 2018 and their friendship grew over the years."It was definitely stretched over many years that we were friends. But I think it's pretty common that people meet on set, at least in our industry," she said.
Their romance was not an immediate thing, but it blossomed over time. They got engaged in 2022, and their love story is an inspiration to many.
Reflecting on their relationship, Wallace said, "We're always just grateful that the cards played out the way they did, and that we got to work together."
