Kathy Hilton, a 65-year-old reality star, has made quite a stir with her stance on tasteful nude photos. In the Tuesday, Dec. 10 episode of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills", she opened up about her experiences. When her sister Kyle Richards inquired if she had sent nude pictures while away, Kathy admitted to being involved in a sexy photo shoot. "We have a couple in the safe at the bank," she revealed. "At Caesar's palace in Las Vegas, those beds with the big mirror make it so incredibly sexy."

Intimate Image Storage

In a conversation with cameras, Kyle, 55, reacted to how Kathy stored her intimate images. "Who puts their nude photos in a vault at the bank? I'm just picturing Kathy naked with fuzzy socks and a hat on," she quipped. This shows the different perspectives within the family.

Marriage Secrets

Reflecting on her decades-long marriage to real-estate mogul Rick Hilton, Kathy previously told PEOPLE that the key is being "best friends." She explained, "Getting married so young like that - I was 19 and he was 23 - [the key is] just keeping the right people around you, the right influences and being around other couples who are happy [and] have the same values as you." The couple tied the knot on Nov. 24, 1979, and went on to welcome four children together: Paris, 43, Nicky, 41, Barron, 35, and Conrad, 30.

Anniversary Trip

The couple celebrated their 45th year anniversary with a trip to London and Paris in late November. After Kathy hosted her annual holiday pajama party at her Los Angeles home, the pair flew overseas. "We did five days in Paris and seven days in London," she said, recalling how the snow made the scenery all the more magical. "It was shocking, it was gorgeous. My husband put it on his Instagram."

Keeping Marriage Strong

In November, Kathy shared another detail that has helped keep the couple's marriage strong. She told PEOPLE, "We have not been away from each other for two weeks in [all our years] of marriage." She added, "I don't think you go to bed without saying, 'I love you,' and giving each other a kiss and never in a fight or anything.
