This renewal comes at a crucial time as she is set to release new solo music after completing a global reunion trek. Dulce Maria has made a mark with her songwriting and solo performances, collaborating with renowned artists and leaving a lasting impact.

Renewal: A Prideful Moment

Dulce Maria expressed her pride in the renewal with Sony Music Publishing, stating that it is a very important step in her career. For 12 years, the company has been instrumental in protecting and promoting her work as a composer, which is a fundamental part of her creative process. She discovered the power of storytelling through her art and composition became her passion.

Global Reunion Trek

Recently, Dulce Maria completed a global reunion trek with Mexican pop group RBD. They played stadiums and arenas in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States for more than 50 dates. This tour was a huge success and showcased her talent on a global stage. It also set the stage for her upcoming solo music releases.

Dulce Maria's participation in the "Soy Rebelde Tour" was remarkable. It came in at No. 10 on Pollstar's highest-grossing North American tours of 2023, grossing an average of $4,350,050 and being the second-highest Latin music tour of the year, behind Karol G. This achievement is a testament to her popularity and talent.

Songwriting Success

Dulce Maria has released more than 30 songs as a songwriter, including some of RBD's most beloved hits like "Más Tuya Que Mía," "Te Daría Todo," and "Quiero Poder." Her songwriting skills have touched the hearts of many and have become an integral part of Latin music.

She also has a strong presence as a solo act in Brazil, collaborating with the late Brazilian singer Marília Mendonça on "Amigos con Derechos" and "Ela Ta Movimentando." These collaborations have expanded her reach and added to her artistic legacy.

Early Beginnings and Musical Journey

From the age of 11, Dulce Maria began to write and compose her first songs. Her passion for music grew, and after participating in the Spanish-language drama series Class 406, she entered Fermatta, a music school affiliated with Berklee, to study composition. However, her studies were interrupted when Rebelde started, giving her the opportunity to reach thousands of hearts and many countries.

Her desire to tell her stories and emotions through music has always been a guiding force in her career. It has led her to create music that resonates with people on a deep level and has made her a beloved artist in the Latin music scene.
