After months of intense dancing and countless hours of training, the moment has finally arrived. Our finalists will showcase their skills with three remarkable performances each, including a breathtaking showdance, in their bid to claim the championship title.

Meet the Finalists - JB and Lauren

JB and Lauren describe their Strictly journey in three words: Unique, Exhilarating, and Developmental. Lauren adds that it's been Delightful, exciting, and giggly. Regarding their partnership evolution, JB feels it's been gradual and helpful. Lauren says they've become really nicely connected and that she feels like part of his family. For JB, being in the final is a career highlight as it's a rare competition he gets to participate in. Lauren emphasizes that it means everything to her to get JB there and make him proud. Their advice to future contestants is to prepare their bodies and not take it too seriously, allowing themselves to enjoy the process. JB realizes how versatile people can be during the competition, and Lauren discovers she's better at taking compliments.

Meet the Finalists - Chris and Dianne

Chris describes his Strictly journey as Unbelievable, Surprising, and Emotional. Dianne sees it as Special, Exceeded Expectations, and Joyous. Their relationship hasn't changed much, but they understand each other better. Dianne has learned about Chris's worries and vice versa. Chris considers reaching the final an extra week without sleep and an achievement beyond expectations. His advice to future contestants is to give themselves over, take the show seriously but not themselves. Chris discovers that they've achieved more than they thought possible during the competition.

Sarah describes her Strictly journey as Exhilarating, Fabulous, and Unique. Their partnership has evolved with trust and a constant change in emotions. Sarah discovers she can push herself harder than expected and is inspired by the reactions from women. Vito learns to get the best from others by finding the right key and also gains an appreciation for British culture. Sarah advises future contestants that the experience is impossible to prepare for as it takes over your life. Being in the final means a lot to Sarah and Vito, as it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Meet the Finalists - Tasha and Aljaž

Tasha describes her journey as Magical, Self-Confidence, and Resilience. Aljaž sees it as Inspiring, Limitless, and Commitment. Their partnership has grown stronger, and they can now rehearse without talking. Tasha considers being in the final with Aljaž magical and a career highlight. Aljaž values the last day of rehearsals. Their advice to future contestants is to take it all in, go for it, and focus on the dancing. Tasha discovers her ability to push herself further than she thought.

Claudia believes this has been an amazing year for Strictly. The cast is spectacular, working hard with wit and enthusiasm. The professionals are extraordinary, and all four couples are outstanding. She can't wait to see them all together on Saturday and hopes Paul Merson will return in 2025.
