In November 2022, his parents, Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley, who also star in the USA Network reality series Chrisley Knows Best, were sentenced for fraud and tax evasion. Todd received 12 years in prison and 16 months probation, while Julie received seven years in prison plus 16 months probation. This event took a toll on the family.However, during an episode of their podcast, Chrisley Confessions, Todd and Julie shared that despite the difficulties, they remain united.
