The I'm A Celebrity Jungle Drama: One Campmate's Unhappiness
2024-11-24
In the latest episode of I'm A Celebrity, a significant announcement sent one campmate into a state of upset. Journalist Jane Moore was left dissatisfied as the public vote results were revealed. Presenters Ant and Dec shared the news that after voting for Coleen Rooney and Dean McCullough to take on the next Bushtucker trial, the public was invited to make a second vote. This vote was to select the next camp leaders, replacing Coronation Street star Alan Halsall and N-Dubz singer Tulisa. Two campmates with the most votes would not only get upgraded sleeping quarters but also assign chores to their fellow celebrities.
Camp Chore Allocations and Tensions
McFly's Danny Jones and former boxer Barry McGuigan were chosen by viewers to take their places in the luxury lodge. However, their decisions regarding the jobs each celebrity would undertake led to some tension. The chore allocations were as follows: washing up - Jane and Tulisa, water duty - Melvin and Dean, camp maintenance - Coleen and Maura, cooking - Oti and Richard, and wood collection - GK and Alan. Some might have expected Tulisa to be the most vocal about not being able to be the head chef, but it was actually Jane who was less than impressed. She told Danny that she specifically didn't want to do the cleaning despite being given the washing-up duty. Oti and Richard were tasked with cooking the night's meal, which means "Delvin's Diner" is no longer in operation. This might please host Ant, who had criticized it in multiple episodes.Danny admitted to the confusion with Jane as he believed she had declared the opposite and only wanted cleaning duty. Tensions nearly boiled over this week as Alan and Dean seemed to have a confrontation. Some campmates were unhappy that Dean was napping while Jane went to fetch wood alone, as she wasn't supposed to do it alone and Alan was not meant to help but did anyway. When Dean woke up and told Alan to go back, Alan replied that he was trying to wake him up gently. Dean countered by saying that if Alan was going to wake him up, he needed to give him a minute for his contact lenses to adjust. In this jungle, every decision and action leads to various reactions and tensions among the campmates. I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! continues to unfold with more drama tomorrow at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
