SoHo: A Preferred Location
Chapple reveals that after spending time in New York City, he and Vassos fell in love with SoHo. "It's a place that holds a special charm for us. We're going to take our time and search for a great spot in this vibrant neighborhood," he says. Vassos adds, "SoHo has a unique energy that we both connect with. It's where we envision starting our new chapter together."
They envision a place with at least two bedrooms to welcome their friends and family. As Vassos explains, "Having a home away from home in SoHo will be a wonderful space for us to continue getting to know each other in a different setting. It's a place that both of us have always dreamed of visiting."
Chapple also shares his children's love for New York City. "They have friends here, and we were there together. It's a place where our family can come together and create memories. We're all excited to explore this new adventure together," he says.
A Home Away from Home
Living in different states, Maryland for Vassos and Kansas for Chapple, having a home in New York City becomes even more significant. "It's a place where we can truly escape and be together in a different environment. It's a unique opportunity for us to grow closer and create a special bond," Vassos remarks.
Chapple agrees, stating, "This is a step we've always wanted to take. It's about finding a place that feels like home wherever we are. New York City will be that special haven for us."
They plan to divide their time between Kansas, Maryland, and New York. "We'll have a full-time place in New York, and whenever we get the chance, we'll be there. It's an exciting chapter in our lives that we're looking forward to exploring," Chapple concludes.
