Regrets from Botox and Lip Filler

Meghan Trainor, now 30 years old, admitted to having "too much Botox" during the November 20 episode of the Workin' On It podcast. She confessed, "I got too much Botox and I need help. I messed up. Just my forehead was injected with Botox a handful of times." This excessive use of Botox has led to a situation where she "cannot smile" anymore. Looking at the camera and smiling, she humorously said, "Look, this is as big as I can smile."She also shared her regret about having filler on her upper lip. She recounted how someone convinced her that a lip flip with filler above the upper lip would give her a beautiful look. But after 30 years of living, she realized it wasn't true. "Following the cosmetic procedures, I cannot smile anymore. My face hurts even to try to smile," she expressed.

Brother's Observations and Impact

Her brother and co-host Ryan Trainor recalled a time when they visited a Home Goods together. He told his sister, "Bro, you can't smile," and added that his inside thoughts became his outside thoughts. Meghan responded by saying, "And now, I can't unsee it. Everywhere I go, I cannot smile. My face hurts to even attempt it."

Plans for Breast Augmentation

After having her two sons Riley, 3, and Barry, 1, with her husband Daryl Sabara, 32, Meghan announced her plans to get a breast augmentation. She explained, "My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they're empty and then full of milk and now they're empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small. I've lost some weight and I have sags on, just like saggy sacks as boobs."

Lessons Learned

Speaking about her decision to try Botox for the first time, Meghan said, "I was like, 'This is young.' People gave me compliments [saying] 'You look rested.' So I was like, 'I'm going to do it again.' I just got back from tour." But from this experience, she has learned the important lesson of "don't try everything."Meghan's story serves as a reminder that cosmetic procedures can have unexpected consequences and that it's essential to be cautious and make informed decisions.
