In a shocking turn of events, mystery has surrounded a female celebrity who is said to have witnessed rappers Sean “Diddy” Combs and Jay-Z engage in a heinous act of raping a 13-year-old girl. This disturbing allegation has come to light through an amended lawsuit filed in New York federal court on Sunday. The alleged victim claims to have instantly recognized the female celebrity when she entered the room with Combs and Jay-Z, the Grammy-award winning rapper whose real name is Shawn Carter.

Jay-Z's Strong Denial

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, has firmly denied the claims that he raped a 13-year-old girl at a party in 2000. As seen prior to the UEFA Champions League 2023/24 final match at Wembley Stadium in London on June 1, 2024, he has been vocal about his innocence. The accuser alleges that she was sexually assaulted by the two rappers at an after-show party following the Video Music Awards in 2000. The lawsuit states that the 13-year-old managed to convince a chauffeur to let her attend the after-show party at a New York house on September 7, 2000. She recognized several celebrities at the party and had a drink that made her feel sleepy. She then entered what seemed to be an empty bedroom to lie down. “Soon after, Combs entered the room, along with defendant Carter and a female celebrity (“Celebrity B”). Plaintiff immediately recognized all three celebrities,” the lawsuit states. “Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said: ‘You are ready to party!'” The lawsuit further alleges that Carter helped remove the plaintiff’s clothes “as she grew more and more disoriented.” “Plaintiff was held down by Carter as he vaginally raped her, while Combs and Celebrity B watched.” “After Carter finished, he stepped back toward the wall. Combs then stepped forward and vaginally raped Plaintiff while Carter and Celebrity B watched.” “Combs then knocked Plaintiff down and attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him. She fought back, standing up quickly and punching out at the same time, hitting Combs in the neck. Taken aback, Combs stopped his attempt.”The plaintiff states that she then ran from the house to a gas station and asked for help. An employee let her use the phone and she called her father, who came to collect her.Newsweek contacted Carter’s representative and Sean Combs’ attorney for comment via email on Monday. In a statement released through social media, Carter claimed the lawsuit was an extortion attempt. “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle,” Carter stated. “I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over,” Carter wrote. “My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.”Newsweek contacted Buzbee’s office for comment via email on Monday. Buzbee, in return, has accused Carter of a campaign of harassment and bullying against him, his firm and his family. Carter has denied any wrongdoing and has challenged Buzbee to file a criminal complaint against him.
