Melanie, a former Olympic swimmer, now works as an assistant swim coach at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where the couple lives. She won gold in the women’s 4×200-meter freestyle relay in Rio in 2016. Her swimming expertise and coaching skills add another dimension to their lives.

Fink's day job is with Quanta Utility Engineering Services, as reported by the Today show. Despite his busy schedule, he is excited about the future and the new addition to his family.
