In an exclusive interview ahead of the release of her memoir, My Time to Stand, Gypsy-Rose Blanchard, 33, shared details about her marriage to Anderson. She mentioned that their sex life was not ideal and she had privately expressed this to him. It might have been a lack of attraction or perhaps she was still processing things properly. Another issue was an intense argument where Anderson got in her face and screamed. Friend Nadiya Vizier, 23, who was present during that time, said that Gypsy was afraid he might hit her. This incident reminded her of similar experiences with her mother. Gypsy quickly got to safety and also called her lawyer. Anderson has denied such behavior and previously told PEOPLE that he was "blindsided by how fast events took place." He added that they were going through a lot and it just turned into an argument that led to a significant change in their relationship.

The Aftermath and Attempts at Amends

Now, Gypsy-Rose Blanchard, who is expecting her first child with former fiancé Ken Urker, has reached out to Anderson to make amends. She said that she realized early on that she was "just settling" in the marriage and she extended an offer for a civil conversation to achieve closure. She is currently waiting for a response as Anderson waived his right to attend the court date. Regarding Urker, Anderson previously told PEOPLE in May that he felt Urker would pop up at some point.
