She and her filmmaker fiancé Chris Copier are looking forward to tying the knot next year if they can find the perfect venue.

Engagement and the Best Man's Joke

King announced her engagement to Copier in October. Her costar Tyler Hynes, as the best man, playfully joked about having to check his schedule. King added that one can't be filming six movies while being the best man and Hynes quipped about taking the whole year off to prepare for the wedding.

Red Carpet Fashion

King and Hynes matched the red carpet with festive outfits. Hynes opted for black trousers with a velvet blazer over a matching burgundy undershirt. King, on the other hand, wore bright red from head to toe, pairing a floral long-sleeve blouse with belted high-waisted pants. She completed the look with red nails, red lipstick, and a bedazzled football handbag.

Wedding Planning Challenges

Even though King and Copier's wedding plans are "nonexistent at the moment," they have a few ideas. King said they know it'll be somewhere far away and tiny. As for now, they haven't had much time to plan. King noted that there's an "arsenal" of Hallmark movies she could draw inspiration from.

It's unclear if King will follow in the footsteps of her sisters who had intimate destination weddings in Europe. But she's excited to create her own special day. Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story made its debut on Nov. 30 as part of Hallmark Channel's 15th annual Countdown to Christmas. King and Hynes star as the lead characters, Alana and Derrick, with Copier as an assistant director. The premiere was attended by many celebrities, adding to the excitement of the event.
